Job Description

We're searching for a highly-ambitious and career driven educator to teach general science/biology for the 2018 - 2019 school year. The position is at PK-12 co-educational public school that serves a rural population of students in northwestern Kansas. 

Position Requirements
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience
  • Bachelor's degree in science, or related field 
  • Teaching credential required
The school is a public school district located in northwest Kansas. It has 335 students in grades PK, K-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 10 to 1. Thirty-seven percent of students are at least proficient in math and 42% in reading.
The school’s mission is to provide each student the opportunity to a quality education in a stimulating atmosphere and environment. Located in a small town, the school provides a tight-knit community and culture.

The school is on an 8 period day and runs from 8am-3:40pm.
