Job Description
The position:
- Grade 1 Teaching Assistant position
- Inclusive school community
- Supporting grade 1 teachers as they transition back into in-person learning.
- Long term position through until June 2021
- Weekly pay, at $20-$25 per hour, full time.
- Passionate about education and have a desire to build a career in the field.
- Able to support differentiation in the classroom and foster a safe and inclusive environment.
- Enthusiastic and willing to go above and beyond.
- A great team member and someone who wants to learn from experienced educators.
- Have a BA/BS degree
- Have 1+ years experience working with LA schools in elementary grades
- Be taking steps towards furthering a career in education
