Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the process for identifying, monitoring, and remediating students who learn differently. This involves interfacing with faculty, parents, and private contractors on behalf of students who require specialized academic instruction
- Educate faculty and parents on topics relevant to learning differences and cultivating a network of community professionals to support Vistamar students and families
- Write individual learning plans (ILPs) for each admitted student who has documented learning support needs
- Serve as a key member of the Student Services Team
Position Requirements
- Master's in Special Education or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with students with learning differences, required
- Mild/Moderate Credential preferred
Salary Range: $50k-95k
