Scoot Education is looking for an amazing Senior Business Devlopment Manager to join our Substitutes team! Within this position, you will lead our already significant growth in greater LA building on existing relationships and developing new partners.

Senior Consultants lead a team while being responsible for growing the business into new regions and/or the management of a key client account. 

Senior Consultants develop strong relationships with both candidates and school partners, mentor staff to have a knack for matching candidates with classrooms, and provide service that always exceeds expectations.

Senior Consultants thrive in autonomy while still meeting performance goals for themselves and their team. They exhibit a high level of proficiency with technology, demonstrate fluency in emotional intelligence and practice phenomenal people skills to aide in building an incredible group of candidates and school partners.
  
Your responsibilities will be:

  • New business: Significant new business development goals to grow Soot by building authentic client relationship
  • Relationship management: Responsible for independently providing personalized service and developing meaningful relationships with key clients
  • Training and development: Coach and mentor more junior team members within their roles and specifically sales.

You should have:

  • 4+ years of sales experience including account management of existing clients
  • College degree
  • CRM experience required
  • Ridiculous attention to detail
  • Growth mindset and drive to succeed

  • Demonstrated history of growing a business into new regions
  • You've led and managed a team previously
  • Have recruitment skills from prior positions
  • Have education industry experience or contacts
