. Stellar Early Childhood educators have:

• experience teaching in a preschool, child development/learning center, or pre-kindergarten classroom
• a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field
• a minimum of 12 early childhood credits
• a demonstrated ability to reach and teach in a compelling way
